Stress, tiredness, worry, this leads into a lot of harm for our skin . One of those is aging which we primarily see around the under eye area, the smile lines, the forehead, between the eyebrows.

Step 1. MOISTURIZE 

That may seems so obvious to some and not so obvious to others. One of the biggest factors in aging is dryness of the skin. Our skin goes through so much every day. So it is superbly  important to use a good moisturiser with beneficial ingredients. 

​

It's important that you moisturise your skin every single day in the morning and in the evening. It will make such a huge difference to your skin  - I promise you.  If you have a dry skin you will have many problems in the future. 

​

Step 2. NIGHT TREAT 

Sleep is the recovery time for our skin. Because our skin is exposed to so much harm during the day, it results in collagen breakdown. Overnight you need to make sure that you are putting helpful ingredients on your skin. This includes cleansing before you going to bed as well using night cream. Before I go to bed I use my night cream, or oils like vitamin A or E, as well vit C restorative cream. All these different things just to make sure my skin is hydrated.

Step 3. EXFOLIATING ACIDS

Don't worry hearing the word acid. These are specific and natural ingredients that are found within our skin that make sure our pores are clean and the skin is anti aged, moisturised and radiant. And super beneficial to our skin. 

HYALURONIC ACID is great for retaining moisture within the skin. 

SALICYLIC ACID is amazing for cleaning up the pores and sharing hydration. 

GLYCOLIC ACID is great for anti-aging abilities.

So in any exfoliants you want to use just make sure you have those ingredients.

Step 4. CONTROL YOUR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS

The more you lift your eyebrows, you're creating lines and the more you will see aging ...

Step5. SPF 

That may come as a surprise to some of you, but honestly, this is so so so important. Up to 90% of aging is due to sun exposure! 

Yes, 90 % is a crazy number. You always make sure you are protecting your skin very day. I live in Dubai. The sun is very strong here so I always make sure I put on SPF every day because if I don't I can see the changing to my skin. Maybe tomorrow is not a big deal but imagine in ten years!! That would be huge change. Protect your skin!
